Looking for 2 in 1 gaming PC

I have been looking for a new PC but I am no good at figuring out what I need in comparison with what I need it for. Have been trying to read reviews and stats and what not, but I am just not that good at computors, so I can't make anything of it anyway..
So, maby someone here could help me figure out what I should buy?

I am going to use the devise a lot when traveling and it will be used for writing, gaming and streaming.

The writing I guess any computor can do. But sure, considering this the device should have a fairly good keyboard and so on.
Streaming would be YouTube, Netflix etc. I don't need the best screen, but you know, what can be had for the budget. Maby a port for a SD card to bring my own library for when offline.
For gaming I run Steam a lot and it would be games like Devinity, XCOM, Darkest Dungeon and maby even Skyrim/Warframe if the device can handle it, but I mostly plan to play turn based games on the device so not to important.

Since I am traveling a lot it would be nice if the device could be as light as possible and with a good battery time. Also screen size don't have to be big. Around 13" is enough.

I have been looking at the 2 in 1 computors since I would also like the idea to just bring the tablet version when not in need of the keyboard.
I understand that there are limits to the 2 in 1 device, but I don't belive I am asking for a total monster machine.

I have been looking at devices with the Atom core and wonder if that could be enough or it should be a i5/7?
And are there graphic card good enough for the games in those computors?

And maby most important. Can I get anything like this for no more then around 1 000 $?

Well your going to need at the very least a 2-1 with an I3 or I5.
Atom core is basically a single processor or some dual cores, so it is not really viable for what your trying to achieve.

if I was you I would look at the new Dell Inspiron 13 2-1 series laptops

for 799 you get a Nice i5-8th gen, or 999 get an powerful i7-8th gen ssd, lots of ram etc...
only thing lacking is super video card, but the UHD Intel 620 should be plenty to run most of your turn based games
