PLEASE HELP Screen has red blue green and white stripes

I have a Venturer tv that has a screen with red green blue and white stripe then flashes to a total white screen then to a black screen and starts all over. My wife unplugged the tv and when i plugged back in it started. worked fine before that please help reminds me of an older tv set i seen screens like this before i have googled it and get a sorta same screen but nothing exactly can post pictures if dont understand what i am trying to discribe. tv isnt worth much but would like to fix if i could. any help is appreciated

If the TV is not worth much, then it is not worth paying to get it repaired. This is nothing you can just click a button on and fix it, you actually have to take the thing apart and replace parts.

Did you try the TV with different sources to make sure the issue is not with a cable of whatever you are watching it from?

yes i know i will have to take it apart. i replace parts in tvs alot i just have never had this happen to me and was wondering what caused it or how to fix it. and i cant change any inputs on the tv i cant do anything but power on and off i took it apart and made sure everything was ok no plugs loose blown caps or smell of something burnt on anything and nothing is wrong by what i have seen
