My 50" Hisense LED TV will not power on what do I do if I have experience in fixing them

Well for one I have been researching what the problem could be but I am a single mother in a remote town where we have no tv repair shops and thought it might be a easy fix to it instead of throwing it out to the trash

Do the basic troubleshooting, unplug the unit for five minutes or so , make sure there's power at the socket you are using, plug the unit in and use the physical power button on the TV, not the remote and see if it turns on.
They are notorious for blowing power supply boards. They can be replaced by someone skilled in repair for 60-80 dollars US for parts plus whatever labor costs.
