Hello all,
I'm looking for recommendations for the most reliable touch-screen laptop under $400. It needs to run general tasks like Microsoft Office and light internet tasks. Outside of that, I'm just looking for the most bang for the price. Long-lasting, good battery life, decent cpu, good driver support.
Thanks for your input!

BestBuy have this ASUS Transformer priced at $400:

It's the larger version with 128GB of eMMC storage and running Windows 10. It's not a laptop per se, but it should see you through most of your daily schedule. If you insist on a proper Windows-based laptop, you'll have to go refurbished, and then you'll find lots of ThinkPads and ProBooks in this price range.
