My sound stopped working on my laptop, it's saying that no device is installed in sound settings. Should i install new sound card driver or ask for refund. My sound is not working from the night my battery went almost fully dead (sleep mode and can't turn it on). Also i was installing Nvidia Game Ready Driver 388.59 from the official Nvidia Experience (or whatever). Could that be a problem?
I'm worried that they won't approve it for a refund when i'm gonna install new sound card driver, or for that graphics card driver. Please answer.
It's Acer Nitro 5 AN515-51 (has Dolby Audio Premium installed idk what's that for)
