need help with laptop

my laptop dont let me login all that happens is it says diagnosing pc then prepairing automatic repair then after it comes up saying this will take about an hour to complete and nothing happens its a lenovo ideapad windows 8

You will need to run either the Recover for that Laptop from a External or Windows from a external. I doubt you made a recover and Lenovo will charge you for it so your best option is to make a Windows 8 or 10 Bootable USB thumb drive and recover/Install from there.
