ACER ASPIRE E14 (E5-473G-51D6)'s laptop keyboard (only for some keys) suddenly stopped working. My laptop is out of warranty period. I searched the internet and tried what it said ( i.e. Update the driver, filter keys, restart, ) and nothing worked!!! I asked technicians and they all said that it needs to be replaced. So, i bought a replacement keyboard ( still under 5months warranty) and replaced it
BUT!! It doesn't work properly either!! now, most of the time, I can't use my laptop. the POWER BUTTON ISN'T WORKING. 2 CTRL KEYS ISN'T RESPONDING TOO!!! I don't know what the problem is... Is it the replacement keyboard itself or if it is the system or It is the battery (but the charging is fine)
What will I do??
