Only have 3 apps via internet, can I add more and if so how do I do that, I don't have the manual
Can I add more apps in the internet options

I would suggest you google for the manual.
We can't since we have no clue what TV or other device you need help with.
If it's a "smart TV" there will be an app store for that brand of TV.
An Android TV would go the that app store.
A Roku TV will be able to get additional channels. There are also "hidden channels" that you need a code to enter.
