Im usip hp laptop, windows 7
I connect the laptop with my friend's usb then the notification said the usb cannot be recognize and then suddenly the laptop freeze.
The keyboard does not work, the cursor cannot move. I can only hold the power off button to switch off the laptop. And then when i switch on the laptop, after few minutes, the same notification comes out(even without the usb) and then the screen freeze.
Help!
