Ive recently gotten a nasty virus on my computer and have attempted to solve the issue. I don't have any antivirus software other than windows defender. After it detected threats it said I was all clear but i have .exe's i know for a fact arent supposed to be running and their located in my system 32 file. Im not able to force close the task from task manager it just doesnt let me so im not able to delete it. Ive tried to wipe my drive but am not able to begin the process by the normal way of going to recovery and clicking get started to wipe. I click it and it just does nothing. Ive tried going into safe mode and using the command prompt to start the process also to no avail. Can anyone help me?
