Hi, I have recently brought a new laptop, Dell 7567 (15 Gaming) and fans get really loud when playing games like fortnite (1080p and low settings). Specs: I5 7300HQ, 8gb, GTX1050 4GB. I have read a lot articles about that and I tried: 1. Changing settings about fan in bios... No such setting in bios, 2. Changing power options... No difference, 3. I brought cooling pad for it and it is same. Is there some settings that I can change so processor doesn't activate fans if it isn't needed (because cooling pad is cooling also). 90% of answers on other forums is to buy that coooling pad but it is same with and without. When I start game fans go from like 0% to 100% and when I turn it off reverse. When I do any other things it is quiet.
So is there a way to use cooling pad more effectivly? And are other options to slow down fans?

Edit: Here is a video. https://youtu.be/wopb1fSQ7wM. That is while gaming. CPU is at ~50° and GPU is at ~60° which is pretty low when gaming but fans are incredibly loud. This is without cooler pad.

Thanks for answers and sorry if you see a lot questions like mine but they didn't help me.

Solution
The fans just may be set to run the way they are in that device. The only options you would have is to either try and exchange it for another one (of the same kind) and see if that resolves it, or return it and get a different device.
