I cant seem to find the problem , ive cleaned the fans put two additional coolers still shutting down on opening netflix and watching for 2-10 mins ... used event viewer it says at the time of shutdown it was due to application api,updated gfx driver still has the same problem, afraid of formatting the whole laptop bcz of the random power off... tried to diagnose problem by taking battery off and battery on still same results...my diagnosis is that my battery is almost dead( not even one year completed) and charger faullt or motherboard problem... ive never updated windows 10. I’ve been trying to find out the problem for 3 months

Try different RAM or one RAM stick at a time, try a clean Windows setup. If those don't work, then yes it may be a bad motherboard.
