My Desktop screen keeps going crazy. After watching it happen for a while it looks like that F12 and F11 are being pressed constantly without me touching it. Which causes the screen to go crazy. It doesn't happen for just the internet, it happens for all applications such as blender when I am in the middle of modelling it goes into render view and then back to 3D view constantly. The screen stops doing this when I tap any F key but F11 and F12, also the F12 and F11 keys don't work since this has started happening. I can tell F11 and F12 were being automatically pressed as F11 cause window to go full screen and then back to windowed and when on the internet F12 causes the inspect element thing to come up and that has happened as well. The video I am giving a link to doesn't show the inspect element window come up as it is coming up and down too fast. I am using Desktop PC.

I stopped the screen shaking like that by pressing F10 around the middle of the video.

Solution
Well it could be the keyboard, or it could be something on the device. Try starting up in "Safe Mode" first and see if the problem happens there. If it doesn't, then we are talking software so I would check the device for a bad program, malware, virus, etc. If it still happens in "Safe Mode" then we are talking drivers or hardware. You can then try the keyboard info below.

How to enter "Safe Mode" when booting the computer.

In Windows 8 and 10...

As your computer restarts, press F8 (possibly a few times) to enter "Safe Mode"

a. Press the "F4" key to Enable "Safe Mode".
(The computer will then start in "Safe Mode" with a minimal set of drivers and services.)

b. Press the "F5" key to Enable "Safe Mode" with Networking.

b. Press the "F5" key to Enable "Safe Mode" with Networking.
( Once "Safe Mode" with Networking starts, Windows is in Safe Mode, with additional network and services for accessing the Internet and other computers on your network.)

c. Press the "F6" key to Enable "Safe Mode" with Command Prompt.
(In "Safe Mode" with "Command Prompt" starts Windows in Safe Mode, with a Command Prompt window instead of the Windows interface. This option is mostly only used by IT professionals.)

Now sign in to the computer with your account name and password. (If you have one set.) When you are finished troubleshooting, you can exit "Safe Mode" restarting your computer.

In Windows 7/Vista/XP...

1. Immediately after turning on the computer, or restarting it (usually after you hear your computer beep), tap the F8 key, repeatedly, in 1 second intervals.

2. The computer will then display hardware information and run a memory test.

3. Next the "Advanced Boot Options" menu will appear.

4. In the "Advanced Boot Options" menu use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode with Networking" and press ENTER.

NOTE: If you need to type in a password to even get into Windows to do the following, make sure you attached an external keyboard first, to get past the password. Then disconnect the external keyboard and try the following...

1. Uninstall the keyboard driver.
2. Reboot the computer (without reinstalling the driver).
3. When it restarts, it should reinstall the driver on its own.

If this doesn't work, you may wish to try connecting an external keyboard and see if it works fine. If it does, then it could be the keys themselves that are the issue.

You may also want to try updating the Synaptics Driver if the above doesn't help.
