Just a little bit over your budget at $314, but the following 15.6" Acer laptop (currently on sale) would be your best bet. It is the least expensive laptop with a Core i3-7100u and Intel HD 620 graphics core; that's basically the best performing CPU and integrated graphics core you can get for the price.
