Estimable
Hey guys,

It's been a while since I've been on this site and whoa it has changed. Well, to get straight to the point, I'm basically looking for a new pair of headphones because I recently broke my M40x's, which were great and lasted me 3 solid years (I dropped them one too many times). I was thinking about getting another pair of those or maybe the M50x's, but I wanted to know if there are any better options on the market as of now from Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic, etc (I've been away from the audio world for quite a while since I stopped posting here). I'll be using these headphones to listen to music, game, and edit. My budget is under $200 CAD ($157 USD), and i have no problem buying from Amazon.com.

Any help appreciated.

My top advice to just to go a hifi shop who has headphones and listen to several in your price range since sound is a personal thing.
A headset I love you might hate.

Its down to how it feels to have them on YOUR head and on YOUR ears.

I tryed headsets that was real high end that my friend loved. I totaly did not like the sound in them, and the overall pressure on the head was not good, so I could not wear them any longer than 30 - 40 min.
