fix missing drivers

I have hp pavillion ze4400 and installed windows 7 starter but some drivers (network..ethernet contollers) are missing

thank you but it says my laptop is no longer supported as it is quite ancient HP PAVILION ZE4400US Notebook PC ..not sure what to do now but thank you for taking the time to try and help me
