Do not get any audio/sound coming out of Samsung HW-J355 Soundbar when conncted to Samsung TV LE37C580J1K (2010 Model) using Optical Cable (new)

Samsung TV Firmware - 2010 Model - Does this need upgrading ?
Disabled Internal Speakers and set to External
Input on Soundbar set to D-IN
Tested Bluetooth on Samsung Sound bar via S7 Edge Mobile Phone - Works fine
Please advise - Thanks
