a mp3 file won't play

i have a mp3 file that i'm trying to play. i have tried vlcPlayer, kmPlayer, hot player, google chrome, windows media player and etc.
the file's protection tag is empty, its not set "YES" or "NO"
what is the problem with this file? what can i do to play it?

I have about 50 mp3 files with the same problem. the file above is one of them

Hi

I downloaded the file Z000020.mp3 to my PC

It is not a mp3 or any other sort of sound or video file
I opened it in a HEX editor and it is all 00,00,00
I would expect a MP3 to start
ID3

Some one is playing a trick on you

I run Aimp and this is not an MP3 or other audio format I changed the end name from MP3 to FLAC and it also did not play, I could not see any real Data in the file either, I would almost think this is either an incomplete file or a corrupted file

Edit: I changed the extension on the files from mp3, to flac, to wav, Wma, AAC, M4A and OGG and my audio converter software gave me the same error each time, I am starting to think this is a corrupted file or not a audio file at all.

I opened the file in hex editor as well, and the entire file is only filled with 00's
