Try unplugging from power. Wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. Try the power button on the TV and remote.
Does the power light come on? If you press the input button on the side is anything on screen (like input name)? Does the menu work?
If it is just dead and not coming on at all. It won't be worth the money to have someone look at it. Let alone fix it. If it isn't under warranty. Throw it out. You'll be throwing good money after bad.
