My new dell inspiron 5577 gaming laptop freezes while surfing through internet or watching youtube videos
no matter which browser is i havet chrome and firefox and i have also tried microsoft
i have reinstalled the chrome and mozilla again it didn't helped me it keeps on freezing i contacted dell constmer support and spend almost 3 hours in phone they formated my system
after that it seems good for 15 minutes the again it started freezing
what should
i am so frustated it has 8 gb ram 128 gb ssd and its i7 7th gen and it still freezing please help me to resolve this problem
