Issues with Bitdefender 2018

I installed Bitdefender Total security on my Dell all in one. Everything worked fine until I had to restart my computer. It gets stuck on the dell screen and never boots. I went into restore and restored it to before I installed Bitdefender and it works fine. So I tried to reinstall it again and the problem happened again. I've left it sitting for hours and it never boots up.

I don't know how to solve your problem. But seems like the Bitdefender thing is buggy
Normally, I'm Windows Defender user. But I installed bitdefender yesterday.
When I close tabs on chrome with ctrl+w combination, sometimes my both mouse and keyboard freezes for 3-5 seconds.
Even mouse pointer and keyboard buttons of computers in the GTA IV game doesn't work.
When I disable bitdefender, GTA IV problem solved immediately.
Today I uninstalled the Bitdefender. I 'll try the problematic softwares which I mentioned above.
