Is there any Hdmi output to Hdmi input converter or Cable for audio?

Friends I am using my computer Led monitor as TV. My Airtel setup box has hdmi out. Now I have connected the setup box with Led monitor for picture. Now I want to get dolby stereo sound but my sony dav tz 145 home theatre also has hdmi out. So, Is there any hdmi out to in converter for Dolby stereo sound? If, please send me the link.

One of our friends sent me a link of the connector but it works only for one device. I want to run both TV(Computer monitor) and DVD player at a time. So, I need two Hdmi slot connector for TV(out) and DVD(in) from Setup box(out).
