Without knowing the model number of the TV we can only guess what audio outputs if any it has.
If it has a headphone jack you can use that with no adapters,
If it has digital audio out you would need to a convert that to analog.
If it has no audio output you could connect the Audiogate TRM to a set to box with analog audio out.
The TV could be modified to add an analog audio output by connecting a speaker to line level converter to the internal speakers.
