Upon booting enter the diagnostics menu (should be an option at the bottom of the screen, or an option in the boot menu) once here run a hard drive test (choose a quick check) and make sure that the hard drive is working properly, in the event that it is simply reinstall your operating system off of a flash drive and get all your drivers set up.
