I am very interested in building a custom gaming laptop. So if someone wants to recommend a place to do that I would love to take it from there.

It's a waste to try to build a laptop yourself, they don't sell part for them like for desktop computers. Motherboard, cases, connectors all are different, sometimes changing between years of the same model.

Take a look at www.xoticpc.com for your budget you can pick a good system with a 1070 video card and have money left over for their custom work.

I have one with that stats l just bought for unreal engine. Only difference is its the gtx 1050. I need to sell it for an emergency and im only asking 2000$, youll have 700 leftover to make it perfect? Its brand new like it just shipped yesterday l havent even used it before my emergency got in the way :( you can get it from me if u want?

A system with a GTX 1050 card is about $1,000 with a solid state drive. There is one for $600 with a standard drive now on a deal at Amazon.

There is a sale section on the forums you can list it at http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/forum-8.html read the correct posting format and keep in mind that tomshardware is not responsible for deals done on the forums.

What is the exact make and model of this laptop? I'm no expert, but a laptop with a GTX 1050 for $2000 sounds overpriced to me.
