Hello All!

I have an ASUS ROG G751JT-DH72 17.3" Laptop. I just installed Assassin's Creed: Origins and I am noticing that my CPU in particular is starting to have some performance issues. What I am wondering, is do you guys know if I can upgrade my CPU? I'm not particularly savvy when it comes to this stuff (but I can solder if needed), and I am curious if I can upgrade my CPU... Also, same question for my GPU... I do know I can add more RAM. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Your CPU is a BGA socket, meaning it's soldered to the motherboard...just like my laptop has (i5-6300hq). No upgrade there. GPU is built into the motherboard as well.

If you are having performance issues, I would make sure the computer is using the 970m and not the Intel graphics when gaming.

Oh, how can I make sure it's using that? If you don't mind telling me...
