I nerd a recommendation for a (cheap) 4K camera for record lectures. I need great sharpness to make clear what I write on the blackboard.

Solution
Cheap, clear/sharp, 4k, longer recordings.
Not likely to happen.
Most cameras can only record for 29 minutes at a time (at most).
A 4k camera which will be very clear/sharp and can record over an hour and you have a choice of just 2. The Panasonic GH4 or the newer GH5.

This brings me to the all important criteria. Where are you going to record this from? Directly in front of yourself so every scene is of your nostrils? Off-set to one side so everything is skewed?

This has a lot to do with what lens will work. I'm pretty sure you wanted the same POV as a student, ideally taken from the back of the room. This means a quality telephoto lens.

How to do it cheaply? Get a go-pro and take nasty video from the side. Or get a high...

How to do it cheaply? Get a go-pro and take nasty video from the side. Or get a high quality cam-corder (they can also record for more than 30minutes at a time). Get one with a larger sensor (1" would be ideal) and a long lens. Equivalent to 200mm or more... Probably need close to 400mm, but that depends on the size of the venue.
