Hi! First thing, I don't want the laptop new, just to get this out of the way.

So, I am trying to find myself a laptop for no more than $250, with a dedicated Graphics Card. I really don't care about small details, about screen size, resolution, battery life, camera, size, looks, all I want is a laptop that has a dedicated Graphics Card that can play some 2011-2012 titles (like Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012, Need for Speed The Run, DiRT 3). I would like it to have at least 3 GB of RAM and at least 500 GB of storage (I don't want an SSD, all I want is a HDD that can read/write at at least 90 MB/s). Also, I would like it to have an optical drive, but not necesary.

About ports, I would like 2 USBs, a VGA port and, if possible, a HDMI port, but not necesary. Any help?

You can buy the following Dell Latitude 3540 for $205. I have this exact same laptop that I purchased back in Jan. 2014 for somewhere between $450 and $500. I am pretty happy with it. I used it to play Skyrim, Fallout 4, and Star Trek Online. Fallout 4 is pretty demanding so I dropped the resolution down to 1600x900 for good results. I installed 4GB of RAM to make it a little more responsive because Windows was doing a lot of data swapping between system RAM and the hard drive.

Thank you for your answer. This actually seems like a good laptop, found one with a 1366x768 screen (which for me is ideal), a HD 8850M inside and 4 GB of RAM preinstalled.

Though I stared a bit at the frequency of the CPU: i5 4200U at 1.6 GHz? That's very very low. I mean, if it does its job and can actually support the Graphics Card just fine, it's not going to be an issue. But I hope the temps are low enough at that frequency.
