Hello Everyone , So I'm currently working for a small business and they currently store all their data on cloud drives like onedrive, googledrive, dropbox. They currently need to back up all the data in these drives to a local harddisk (It need to a timed automatic backup.). I was wondering if there was any solutions for this issue. Any sort of help is much appreciated. Thanks !

Solution
OK, so...for the DropBox/OneDrive/GDrive folder on the managers system, he can see ALL the relevant files. Correct?

So then you just need to backup that folder (repeat for the other services) to another drive, either internal or external.
Correct?

So even a free syncing tool should be able to do this.
FreeFileSync or SyncBackFree.

Of course, there are other solutions, much more comprehensive, and cost a few $$$.

You should completely redo this whole system.

Currently:
PC->cloud->onsite backup is what you're looking to do.
This involves 2x the internet traffic. Up to the Cloud, and Down to something local.

Instead, think of this:

PC->local NAS->cloud
This involves only one movement across the internet. The cloud is there only if something bad happens to the local system.

Thank you very much for you reply ! The only problem is that there no local network in place. And there are a large number of members working offsite in different states. Thats why the company has decided to use the cloud drives like dropbox etc. So backing up through a NAS locally is not possible.

Well...this is why details are needed upfront.

Since there is no central LAN, you're going to run into the same problems trying to backup data on multiple cloud services, at multiple locations.

Once again thank you very much for your reply. My apologies for not making it clear, but as I said before there no local network. However the data only needs be backed up to a pc in one location. (I'm sorry about my lack of knowledge but I'm trying to learn as I go). I'll explain the situation once more in detail. So the currently my employer (a small business), stores their data mainly images word documents etc. in online cloud services onedrive, googledrive and dropbox. This is because the local office is really small and many of the employees work interstate, so they use the cloud services as a central point do collaborative work. Currently my employer wants to back up the data in these drives to a local drive in our small office so that there is an local back up of the data. My employer also wants to automate this backup process so that it automatically be updated at dawn when users are more than likely not to make any updates.
This is the current situation. I hope this helps. Thank you very much !
