How do you get Firestick to cancel Alexa's voice reading everything on screen? I hold down BACK and MENU for two seconds, and she says MUTE OFF. I do it again, thinking mute is on, but she continues to read everything. When I go to Home, she says "2 of 7". I have no idea why she says that. I've gone into Settings and turned off Voice, but she's still there! Help! I bought this Firestick in October 2017. Thank you
