I have an ASUS k55a. When the laptop is powered on the screen remains black with a dim light. I can change the brightness on the laptop but i cannot see any image on the screen. I have connected to an external monitor and it works fine on that monitor. I have updated graphic drivers but nothing has changed. I have also drain the battery but that has no success either. Any ideas on what the problem can be or solutions to fix this problem?
