Buying laptop msi cx62 7ql -040

Hi, I have recently figured out that I'm in the running to look for a laptop for everyday use and some mid level gaming. Been offered a MSI cx62 7ql with 16gb ddr4 ram. Nvidia GeForce 940mx 2GB ddr3 and an i5 7200u for less than £300. Is it worth it?

Depends on what you are looking for it for gaming. In general, those are good specs for the price if it's in good shape. If you are expecting to run modern games on past low settings and probably with 720 resolution, you will not be able to do that on it.
