Whenever I plug anything into my Dell XPS 13 9360 Kaby Lake right USB 3.0 port (the one that has SS and is next to the power button), it causes the computer to shut down.

All drivers and BIOS are updated and using the latest versions. USB Powershare is disabled.

When I check the BIOS log, I see under Power logs the following sequence of events after I plugged a wireless mouse into the port and the PC shut down.

10/17/2017 15:14:07 Power Off - ASF2 force off
10/17/2017 15:14:11 Power On - Not Applicable
10/17/2017 15:15:15 Power Off - ASF2 force off
10/17/2017 15:15:18 Power On - Not Applicable
10/17/2017 15:16:42 Power Off - 4 secons power button shutdown
10/17/2017 15:16:42 Power On - Not Applicable

Is there any way to fix this myself? The laptop is not under warranty :(. It wouldnt be a big deal but there are only 2 USB3 ports on this thing, the other one I use for my mouse.

From your description and from the fact that it is only that one USB port, I would have to assume the port itself has an issue. Not much you can do if it is out of warranty, tho.
I was hoping it was just a ESD problem. But being it is a laptop, highly unlikely.

It turns the computer on when I plug the USB wireless mouse in! I tried it twice, and both times it says "Setting Up Device" when I log in, and if I unplug the mouse and plug it back in, it still causes the computer to shut back down.

However, if I leave it in place after booting up, it seems to work normally.
