i bought new laptop (CYBERPOWERPC Tracer II) with 1070gtx
every things is fine but i there's not no proffered graphics processor option it's always (1070 nvidia) run even idle and that make heat increase
there's another intel GPU must be run with normal application not gaming but doesn't work

it's mean using dedicated GPU only

Solution
there is none. the cpu knows it is present but the motherboard is not designed to use it. so you get this apparent paradox.

for lite duty though, the gpu should not be using much power. it will have power saving features with it and such. on battery for light work, you should set it to power saver mode anyway to ensure max battery life.

I don't see it mentioning optimus anywhere in the specs. If they wire the dgpu to the display than you can't switch. Heat is less of a concern than power usage. Idle and 2d mode should hardly make it any hotter.

they likely did not wire up the cpu igp to anything. so the laptop does not even know it is there. that's what k114 is saying.

the solution is to take out the motherboard and wire up the igp to the monitor. that's microscopic wiring inside the mobo itself which is why you can't do it. it's done when the mobo is made using that super small nanometer tech they using these days.
