1. What is your budget?
$1200, tops.
2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
10"-14"
3. What screen resolution do you want?
Standard Full HD, but no real preference.
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Ideally both, but mainly desktop replacement.
5. How much battery life do you need?
I don't travel much, anything that lasts more than 3h.
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Not really, being able to run Cuphead-like indies smoothly would be a plus, though.
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
Photoshop/Illustrator mainly, Premiere and InDesign sparingly. No 3D work.
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
128GB minimum, anything above that a plus.
9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.
Not really.
10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
As long as possible, more than 5 years ideally.
11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
None, but wouldn't mind one.
12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
Like:
Apple - my Mid '10 MBP is still running smoothly.
Microsoft - S2 Pro was my favorite piece of hardware for a while, although I hope the build ages better in newer models.

No real experiences with other brands, laptop-wise.
13. What country do you live in?
Poland.
14. Please tell us any additional information if needed
Ideally, I'd like a 2-in-1 PC with a decent portability for easy workplace journeys. I was thinking about Surface 4, but I'd prefer a hard keyboard that would allow me to write on my lap without constant bending and flipping.

Also also, a 2-in-1 that could be used reasonably as a Cintiq alternative as well would be heaven.

Thanks in advance.

I would HIGHLY recommend the 13 inch DELL XPS.

The Dell XPS 13 has a 1920x1080 touchscreen display. It is also the smallest 13.3-inch laptop on the planet has the world’s first virtually borderless InfinityEdge display and the latest Intel® processors. Touch, Silver, and Rose Gold options available.

The model that I recommend for what you need is the $999 Dell XPS, which has a very fast 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-8550U Processor, Windows 10 Home 64-bit English, 8GB LPDDR3 1866MHz, and a 256GB PCIe Solid State Drive!
