I want to install Windows 10 via USB. And my laptop has a broken screen so I'm using a HDMI cable. But the content of the laptop is only shown in the HDMI monitor when I'm at the user's selection screen. Before that, it only works in the primary screen of the laptop, which is shattered. How (if it's possible) do I change what monitor shows the BIOS screen?

Solution
Most laptops have the option to connect via VGA, which should work better in this case, allowing you to see on the secondary screen. So unless it was intentionally set up not to allow it, that should work.
