My all in one Lenovo 510's screen broke so I connected it to my philips tv using an HDMI cable. It worked for a while until I uninstalled my driver using DDU and now the screen wont show up on my tv. I have no way of reseting because I cant see anything on either of the monitors. Please help!

Do you have another video port you can use? VGA should work without the video driver installed using the basic drivers. Turn on the laptop and close the lid soon as you do, it should detect the external monitor as the main display.
EDIT, you posted in the laptop section, but you said "all-in-one 510" so not a laptop. Don't think there is a way to do anything with that system without fixing the screen, the only video out I see on it is HDMI.
