First there are a ton of different Dell and HP models, so pretty much 0 chance of you having two exact matches, second, even if the screen size and connection and mounting clips and holes do line up between them, there is a good chance you will see issues such as wrong resolution or multiple screens in boxes showing up.

Without even knowing the models, I'd say no.
