Limit the search criteria to the last year or so.

What model LG TV?
Do you have the TV's User Guide/Manual?
Most TV's have a 3.5 mm (1/8th inch) headphone/headset jack.
The jack could be located on the back or up under the lower screen edge. Or on a side perhaps.
And you may need to configure the TV to use that jack but generally just plugging in a headset will automatically send audio to the headset.
My LG TV has an audio port on the left side edge. Look for a small icon that looks like a headset.
