Please help I've tried to do a factory reset on my acer aspire r11 and all its doing is flashing up with acer aspire and not going on

Unplug wall power and battery, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, try again. If it still does not get past the BIOS startup, try removing the CMOS battery, and using only wall power see if it turns on without the CMOS battery. If that also does not work, try removing the hard drive and see if it works then to at least get into the BIOS.
