Factory Mode message on LG 4K tv

I have a new LG OLED4K tv...when we turn it on it says in is in Factory Reset Mode and you have to press the Instop Key on the remote..there is none on the actual remote. I have discovered if I press the settings button it goes away. Anyhow have this problem and is there a setting somewhere to get rid of this message forever???

Check the TV manual.
The TV may require you to go through the entire set up procedure to permanently get it to not return. There may be a place in the service menu to stop that happening too.
