Few months ago I upgraded the RAM of my Dell laptop, the company I bought it from they send me the wrong one (Higher Voltage), I didn't take notice of this till I started to notice that the battery only last half an hour instead of 3.5 hours and it takes ages to charge.
After that I fitted the correct RAM, but my laptop still takes about 3 hours to charge and it only last an hour or less.
Please keep in mind that I'm only using the Firefox browser and I don't have many addons installed/running.
Please let me know if there is something I can do to restore the battery's charging and usage performance.
