If i am hearing a good music with a loud bass and 8D quality i mostly wear headphone and increases the volume to full i feels good it is comfortable for me no ear or head pain, but at many articles i had read that loud music is not good for ears but at the other end some articles says loud music is good if u are comfortable with it. So please tell me should i decrease the volume i hear or can continue with it. I do not always hear loud music some good bass party song i use to listen at High volume.

I don't think I've ever heard a medical professional say that "loud music is good if u are comfortable with it". Although maybe something like "It's not loud if you're comfortable with it".

From what I understand: over a certain decibel level it will damage your ears.
85 db is where it starts, but you can do that for a couple of hours easy.
You don't want 100 db any longer than 15 minutes or so.

If your "high volume" means >100 db, you'll most likely end up with issues later.

Now, this is probably statistically determined. Where the general public will get hearing damage at 100db, but there's always that one guy who didn't.
You could be that guy.
