I have the lenovo ideapad flex 4 80SA i wanted to do a hard factory reset using the novo button, after the reset/restore was completed the laptop was very slow it took an hour to boot up to the setup screen, once it got there the screen went unresponsive all the time. Idk whats the cause so can anyone please help me!?

It's likely after a factory reset, all of the Lenovo bloatware has been reinstalled. However, that doesn't explain the severity of slowness you're describing.
