There are some good guides on youtube on how to undervolt your cpu like:

I personally wouldn't recommend redoing the paste/pad since your laptop is new and it would likely void the warranty. the stock thermal paste is also new so you likely wouldn't see much temp losses from redoing it.
Make sure the laptop has adequate ventilation when on. I.e it is advised that you don't game with the laptop on your lap (ironically), or with it sitting on on the sofa or bed, as this can suffocate the intake for the cooling system. Use it on a hard surface. You may even want to invest in a cooling pad for it which will vastly improve your temperatures.

The problem here will probably be the fact that it is not a gaming laptop, and does not have the sort of cooling technology that the latest gaming ones do. But as this is still a very good spec machine, it will run games such as GTA. I used to use a laptop for gaming a while back, but this too would sound as if it was going to take off when the fan was at top speed. I stopped using it for games as this would start to do damage to the internals, and i did not want to have to re-paste the CPU. This is the same scenario. But you are experiencing thermal throttling, and this is a warning sign. What are your ambient temps where you are gaming? And how long have you been suffering with the overheating?

Well in games Like FIFA 14 , it can reach 80 barely ( think so ) but Games Like GTA 5 , Assassin Creed Unity,Rouge can play well on this machine but they suffer due to high temp...Overheating hmm i used to face this few months back but i stopped playing due to exams but now no change it s still HEATING
