new acer aspire A515-51-59DP freezes a lot. and most times ctrl+alt+del can't solve it but you need to put it off manually to start again. It's just a month old and it started having these problems since day 2. At times when it sleeps, it freezes too and screen still goes blank even after pressing key to get it out of sleep mode

Have you run all the latest Windows updates? Do you have a bunch of things running at start up? Have you installed anything onto the PC?
TO run Windows updates, Open Start Menu and click on Settings > Update & Security settings > Windows Update. Here, press on the Check for updates button. If any updates are available, they will be offered to you
TO disable the startup programs > Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and go to the startup tab > disable every program on there.

I have the same issue with A515-51-59DP. Exhanged it once and same problem still right out of the box. Going to try acer support gor answers.
