When my computer wakes from sleep, the keyboard doesn't work and requires me to reboot the PC to make it work again. The backlight and touchpad still work. The issue began after I installed a privacy screen on the monitor.
I've tried reinstalling the drivers for my Standard PS/2 Keyboard to no avail.

Is this a clip on privacy screen?

Try these troubleshooting steps that might help.
- Open Task Manager, press Windows key + R and type "devmgmt.msc" and press OK.
- In Device Manager expand keyboard and right click on the driver for keyboard then select Properties.
- Go to Power Management tab and remove the check on "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" then click OK.
- Reboot the PC and test it again.
- If that doesn't work go back to Device Manager then Uninstall the keyboard driver and reboot the laptop so it would install the driver back automatically.

It is indeed a clip-on privacy screen (or rather slide-on, 3M frameless filter for 15.6 in monitor). Additionally, your solution is one that I've already attempted to no avail.

If you take the screen off does it fix itself?

It's probably the screen causing sleep mode entered by closing the laptop- Just did a test of using the power button to put the computer to sleep and I was able to use my keyboard to wake it up without issue. Thanks for bearing with me, I would have attempted this earlier but needed my computer awake for an exam.
