I have a hp dv6 6150br thats not booting into windows 8.1. it just stay loading. i tried to boot windows in a usb stick, dvd are also not recognized. it just stay in the loop.

then i tried to send to a tech. he said that probably the mobo bios or the mobo itself is damaged and he will not risk frying my mobo for trying to downgrade.

even the usb is not responding. the only think that works, is if i conect an external keyboard.

anyway, im having trouble to find a replacement mobo for my notebook. where can i buy it? which is the model?

thats my notebook

i did not. i dont know how to trade hard drives. you may be right. if i change the hd it may work, but since that i cant even load a cd or usb stick with windows installed, it really likes its a mobo problem. i cant acess safe mode. the computer stuck in windows loading screen forever.
