Acer Aspire One worked fine the night before for my wife. Went to use next day. No indicator lights & won't turn on. Plugged in charger, still no charging light. Tested charger with multimeter, measured just little over 19 volts. Did continuity check from charger plug on Acer to pins that connect to battery. Both were good. Assumption needed new battery. Recd new battery, installed and still have same problems. Any other solutions?

Check youtube vids about how to test your laptop power brick. If in a rare case if supplying to much voltage it may have damaged your motherboard or its supplying to little power.

If the brick is working correctly then remove it and the battery and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds and now connect the power brick and battery back and try powering on. If that fails check for dust which require opening up the laptop which will warrant consulting youtube again for some tips, if this is not the issue then try removing a ram stick and test. If the laptop works fine, then power down and disconnect the battery etc, and now move the working ram into next slot, if it powers up this means both ram slots are fine but the other ram...
