My laptop sounds like a motorcycle and I expirience lag in all games except for gta sa on low settings, I get about 10-20 fps when my fan is very loud and 60 fps when my fan is silent (first 10 mins after turning my pc on), my laptop overheats but when my fan is loud and silent temps are the same but fps is different, I tried cleaning my laptop but it didin't help, I am not playing any really good graphics games, only skyrim.
